I can't believe we are already in April - it feels like Easter has really crept up on us this year! I think because the Easter chocolate is put out in the shops from the new year onwards, it makes it hard to know when the holiday actually comes around!
I wanted to bake with some different Easter themed chocolate than I did last year, so I have moved on from Creme eggs and developed some new bakes with Milky Bar mini eggs and Malteaser bunnies! If we are being particular, I am re-doing my Mini Egg cookies from last year as well, but this was due to many many requests! With so many nice treats available, I wanted to provide a product that has a little bit of everything in, so you don't need to choose! I introduce my Easter sharing treat box.
