For me, Easter chocolate can be summarised by 2 products - Creme Eggs and Mini Eggs. All the other's just cannot compete! I walked round the supermarket before deciding what to bake for Easter and I was blown away by the amount of different chocolate available at this time of year. Malteaser bunnies have been around for a few years now, but there are some more new kids on the block like Kit Kat bunnies and Chocolate orange eggs. I am all for variety, but I thought for my first Easter as a baker, I should stick to the originals (and at least I know for next year, there will be lots of choice for new products!).
The first product I am launching are New York City style Mini Egg cookies. These cookies are huge (and I mean huge!), so huge that I actually couldn't fit them in their original packaging and had to order some new boxes! These cookies have gooey Dairy Milk chocolate chips in, mixed with whole and crushed mini eggs.
They are fudgey and are perfect on their own, or warmed up for 1 minute in the oven and served with vanilla ice cream.
I am selling 6 cookies in a clear lid pink box tied with ribbon. The cookies will keep for 3-4 days. Allergens: gluten & dairy. The box measures 24 x 15cm.
The second product I am launching is Creme Egg Rocky Road. This bake is a decadent mix of Belgian dark and milk chocolate mixed with marshmallows, butter, syrup and digestive biscuits. There are Mini Creme Eggs within the rocky road and then it is finished off with drizzles of Belgian white chocolate and big and small Creme Eggs.
The rocky road will be served in a 20 x 20cm tray, covered with cellophane and tied with Easter ribbon. The perfect Easter gift (or treat to yourself!). The tray can be cut into 9 generous portions and it will last up to 1 week in an airtight container. Allergens - gluten & dairy.

Although the products do not contain nuts, they are baked in a kitchen where nuts are present.
Absolutely the best cookies EVER.
(don't forget to warm them up in the oven before you serve, the chocolate melts beautifly).
Heaven!
