I am very excited to add this special bake to my list of products to purchase! I had originally made these as part of a Valentine's treat box, but there was just something special about them that I decided they needed to be offered as a year round treat!
They are made up of a blondie base (which has large chunks of Belgian White Chocolate in) and then topped with a layer of Bonne Maman luxury raspberry jam and finished with the iconic Jammy Dodger Biscuit.
The traybake will be served in a foil container and can be wrapped in cellophane and tied with ribbon if you are buying this product as a gift. It measures 9x9 inches and can be cut into 9 generous portions. You can also freeze this item, so its great to enjoy some now and save some for later. To freeze, I recommend wrapping in cling film and then foil before popping into an airtight ziplock bag. To defrost, leave out for a couple of hours and for an extra special touch, pop into the oven for a couple of minutes to get all gooey!
