There is something quite special about this rocky road. It is bigger and better than any other rocky road I have made before! I think perhaps the fact it has both white and milk chocolate Twix bars inside help, but combine this together with 500g of melted chocolate alongside crumbly Scottish shortbread and mini marshmallows, what is not to love!!!!

If you order a slab, it will arrive in a silver tray, covered with cellophane and tied with a ribbon - which would make a lovely gift, or perhaps a gift to yourself!!! Each slab can be cut up into 25 pieces.
If you have a function, I can pre-slice the rocky road for you and bag up into individual portions. They are lovely to hand out as gifts at the end of a party.
Alternatively, you can layer up some squares to be covered in candles to make a birthday cake. The possibilities are endless.....
